We are a membership site for two reasons.
- We need some way to keep people who might be interested in our work informed of what we're up to.
- We need to provide secure access to documents to people who work at companies that are customers.
There are also a handful of documents that we make available to members only. These documents include what we call research fact sheets. Fact sheets contain high level insights from our research. Fact sheets are free.
We make the following commitements to those who decide to be come members.
- We will only contact you via email.
- We will not send more than one email per week.
- We will not share your email address with any other organization.
- We will make every attempt to contact you only about subjects that we think you might be interested in.
Members can decide to opt out of membership at any time by simply clicking on an unsubscribe link that is part of every email we send. Read our privacy policy here.
